Facilities Records & Archive
Florida State University’s Facilities Records and Archive is responsible for:
- The management and maintenance of construction and renovation documentation generated from FSU Facilities projects. This includes, but not limited to, key plans (floor plans), record documents, photographs, deeds, leases, agreements, studies, and facility programs.
- The distribution of official campus maps.
- The digitization of archival material and the indexing of electronic material.

- Key plans
- Major and minor project documents
- AutoCAD drawings
- Campus aerial photos
To request permission to these files, please email fac-documentrequest@fsu.edu.
Or go to the Virtual Vault Access Request page. Please complete the online form and read the Florida State University Facilities Department Information Use Agreement before submitting your information.
