Zone 3

Zone 3 office is the first responder to Research Labs and Academic Buildings located in our area. If zone personnel are unable to perform the requested repairs or services, assistance is obtained from the appropriate shops or contractors. The zone maintains the building heating/cooling systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems and provides preventative maintenance for all buildings in the zone. In addition, various duties are performed as requested by departments in their space. Some examples of these requests include assembling furniture, hanging banners and pictures or plaques.
