Zone 2

Zone 2 encompasses the central portion of the University campus, running from Tennessee Street on the North to Gaines Street on the South to Ivy Way on the East and Woodward Street on the West. We also take care of the facilities off campus: the Mission Road Greenhouse Complex and the Critchfield Hall recording studio in Gadsden County. The Zone 2 staff is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of 31 buildings that have a total of 1,149,309 square feet.
