Asset Data Associate (Multiple Vacancies)

Use the Facilities Department Work Order Management System and ensure asset information is accurate and current at all times. This involves the collection, creation and management for all assets that are owned by Florida State University and ensuring assets are properly named, grouped, and identified in AIM. Maintains oversight of related activities and collaborates with various members of departments by coordinating activities. Has a basic ability to learn and interpret, and analyze building systems technical drawings/specifications. Ability to collaborate with various teams across the campus community to ensure asset data accuracy. This includes working at properties in various states of a property life cycle. Including by not limited to during new construction, during renovations, owner occupied, during demolition. Field asset collection/accuracy verification can be conducted with but not limited to the usage of ladders, aerial platform lifts, PPE, and other various hand tools. Field collection/accuracy verification at times can be conducted in spaces that are confined, elevated, not under temperature control, and or exposed to exterior elements.
