About Us
Facilities Maintenance provides the Florida State University community with maintenance, repair, and construction services. Our aim is to uphold an ideal environment for the university community by ensuring the safety and security of physical assets and buildings and the efficient operation of building systems.
If your department or academic unit needs general repairs, you can visit our Service Request form to put in a work order. Alternatively, you can call the Service Center at 850-644-2424 from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Note that estimates are not provided for work orders, and the billing is based on an hourly rate.
If you need an estimate for departmental projects such as painting, carpet replacement, or renovations, please use the Project Request form.
