The Abatement Shop operates the asbestos operations and maintenance program and is charged with safely identifying and removing asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) when necessary.

The Facilities Construction Labor Shop supports the campus by handling general maintenance, utility projects, and minor renovation and modification projects.

The Controls Shop is responsible for maintaining the HVAC controls, essential for regulating the campus environment.

The Electric Shop is responsible for building renovations and general maintenance on motors, pumps, generators, inside and outside lights, and electrical panels, and maintaining high voltage on campus.

The Finishes Shop maintains interior surfaces such as paint, wall coverings, flooring, drywall, trims, and moldings.

The HVAC shop is responsible for keeping campus comfortable providing repair and maintenance to the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across campus.

The Key & Lock Shop is a full-service locksmith responsible for issuing, cutting, assigning, and tracking keys for the FSU campus. It generates replacement keys for file cabinets, desks, and other locking devices.

The Mechanical Shop plays a crucial role in maintaining the systems that ensure the university operates and creates a comfortable and safe campus environment.

The Pipe Shop provides various essential services to maintain safe and efficient water systems on campus, including domestic water systems that provide drinking water access.

The Sign Shop manufactures and installs interior and exterior signage for new and existing FSU buildings.
