Lockout / Building or Room Access
Regular Business Hours:

Contractor Support
The Key Shop develops new key systems for new and renovated buildings. We also provide limited building access to contractors during the construction phase or when a building needs servicing. All contractors must apply for and receive their FSU contractor card from the FSUCard Center before any key issuance.
Campus Security
FSUPD is responsible for campus security. If an external door is determined to be not secure, contact FSUPD . Doors that cannot lock must not be secured in any way that would affect the exit's safety. The door must be fixed and function correctly. If parts must be ordered, resulting in a repair delay, FSUPD is responsible for securing the area until the door is repaired.
Swipe/Card Access
The Key & Lock Shop does not manage FSUCard (gold card) swipe access. If your swipe access is not functioning or you need additional access to your building or another building, please submit an ITS ticket . If your card is lost or damaged, visit the FSUCard Center .
