About Us

Operations are responsible for ensuring that facilities and essential services on campus function properly daily. This includes managing immediate needs such as custodial services and trash pickup, as well as the university's elevator program, fleet management, Master Craftsman Studio, and special events & relocation. Zone maintenance is a shared responsibility of Maintenance and Operations. If your department or academic needs assistance from any of these groups, please visit our Service Request form to put in a work order. Alternatively, call the Service Center at 850-644-2424 from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
