Our Special Projects team is responsible for special event rentals, setup, and moving, including office relocations on FSU’s Main and Southwest campuses as well as the Jim Moran and Warren Buildings. We also deliver supplies and equipment to buildings for custodial services.
Services will be provided according to the following fee schedule:

Facilities requires fully approved internal auxiliary purchase orders before our team can provide special events and relocation services.

Special Event Request
Submit a Special Event Request for tables, chairs, podiums, and trashcans or to make changes to an existing request. Requests must be made five business days in advance. Please provide organization details, contact info, budget, and delivery/pickup times.
Operation Procedures
Delivery and pick-up times are Monday - Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m., including after-hours events. You must be physically present for delivery/pickup.
Costs
Daily rates are detailed in the table above and include setup and breakdown. Billing happens at the completion of the event.
Event Cancellation or Change
Contact 850-644-2424 and update your Special Event Request; 24-hour notice needed for cancellations.
Damaged, Unreturned, and Unused Items
If damage has occurred or items are not returned, fees will be charged to the budget number used for the reservation. All items are charged based on the time they are checked out, not for usage. All returned items are sanitized and maintained, ensuring that every item you receive is clean and ready to use.
A/C Scheduling Request
Submit an A/C Scheduling Request to use a room that is not in use or is outside of regular building operating hours, as listed on the Registrar's master schedule, for a one-time event. Requests must be made five business days in advance, requests made less than five business days before an event are not guaranteed. A dean or other authorized manager may require approval. You will receive email confirmation once your request has been scheduled. Please include event setup and cleanup times in your request and inform us of any adjustments or cancellations.
