The Finishes Shop maintains interior surfaces such as paint, wall coverings, flooring, drywall, trims, and moldings. Their primary focus is ensuring the durability and lifespan of materials in high-traffic areas while upholding the unique and memorable finishes that contribute to the distinctive architectural environment of Florida State buildings and facilities. The team accomplishes this through regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades during renovations.
