The Preventative Maintenance (PM) Shop performs proactive, scheduled inspections and services on campus systems that impact indoor air quality, HVAC, and automated external defibrillators (AEDs). PM aims to enhance energy efficiency and prolong the lifespan of assets such as air handler units, filters, exhaust fans, ductwork, and vents. The PM Shop's efforts positively impact work, learning, and living spaces on campus, leading to enhanced productivity and well-being across the campus.
