Special Event Request


The department/fund you select below will be charged a fee per the pricing listed here.

Please note that requests must be made FIVE days in advance.

Delivery and pick up times are between 8:30 am and 3:45 pm M-F, even if event is after hours.

Effective October 1st, 2020 Facilities will require fully approved internal, auxiliary Purchase orders. These purchase orders must be in place before services can be provided after this date.
