Informational Lists

Building and Site Lists are generated from FSU’s designated system of record for space data which is managed by Facilities. The University Space Management System database has been deprecated as of July 1, 2015 and is no longer being maintained. The new system of record is AiM. Here are several informational lists that are generated using data in the space system of record. These lists are generated each morning at ~7:35 AM.

• Building List - This is the primary building list which details all buildings active in AiM and OMNI. This report includes the following data:

• Site List - This is a list of sites as defined and utilized by the Board of Governors of the State of Florida. This report includes the following data:
