Notice of Intent to Award: Persuant to authority granted in 1013.23 F.S. and 489.145 F.S., Florida State University intends to enter into a contract with Culpepper Construction Co., for construction management services on the STEAM Classroom Building & Auditorium project located at the Florida State University School.

NOTE: “Failure to timely file a protest or failure to timely deliver the required bond or other security in accordance with the Board of Governors’ Regulations 18.002 and 18.003 shall constitute a waiver of protest proceedings.
