Construction Manager Selection Results

Earth Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences (EOAS) , FS-259

On October 24, 2014, interviews were conducted with Construction Management firms for the Earth Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences (EOAS) project. The selection committee's recommendation has been approved, and the ranking is as follows:

  1. Ajax Building Corporation, Tallahassee, Florida
  2. LLT Building Corporation, Tallahassee, Florida
  3. Culpepper Construction Company, Inc., Tallahassee, Florida

NOTE: Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Any such protest shall be filed as follows: send the original to The Florida State University Agency Clerk, 424 Westcott, Office of General Counsel, Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida 32306, with a copy to this office.
