College of Business, Legacy Hall, FS-206 (CONSTRUCTION MANAGER)

On July 9, 2018, interviews were conducted with Construction Management firms for the College of Business, Legacy Hall project. The selection committee's recommendation has been approved, and the ranking is as follows:

1. Culpepper Construction Company, Inc., Tallahassee, Florida
2. Childers Construction Company, Tallahassee, Florida
3. Gilbane Building Company, Jacksonville, Florida
4. The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

NOTE: Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Any such protest shall be filed as follows: send the original to The Florida State University Agency Clerk, 424 Westcott, Office of General Counsel, Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida 32306, with a copy to this office.
