Performs comprehensive custodial cleaning and sanitation services throughout student residential facilities, offices, bathrooms, kitchens, stairwells, entrances, and common areas. Cleans and maintains floors, carpets, furniture, windows, blinds, walls, fixtures, and waste areas through dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, and trash removal.

Performs custodial cleaning and sanitation services throughout student residential and common areas, including offices, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, stairwells, entrances, and shared spaces. Dusts, vacuums, sweeps, mops, waxes, and buffs floors; cleans furniture, windows, blinds, walls, and fixtures; removes trash and maintains waste areas.

Performs comprehensive custodial services to maintain clean, safe, and sanitary university facilities, including cleaning and maintaining carpeted, tile, wood, and concrete flooring using specialized equipment and floor care products. Dusts and sanitizes interior surfaces, restrooms, water coolers, furnishings, windows, and common areas, restocks restroom supplies, and removes trash and debris. Maintains custodial equipment, reports maintenance and supply needs, secures facilities, places safety signage as needed, and performs additional custodial duties to support facility operations.

Performs routine and deep custodial cleaning of residential and common areas, including offices, bathrooms, kitchens, student rooms, stairwells, and entrances to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Sweeps, mops, waxes, buffs, dusts, vacuums, removes trash, cleans windows and furnishings, replaces light bulbs, and prepares vacated rooms for occupancy

Supervises and participates in custodial operations to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the Union complex and associated facilities. Plans and schedules staff assignments, conducts inspections, implements training and cleaning procedures, and ensures compliance with departmental policies, work standards, and university regulations.

Performs detailed custodial and sanitation services across residential and common areas, including cleaning floors, furniture, blinds, windows, and high-touch surfaces. Responsible for maintaining restrooms, student kitchens, and shared spaces by disinfecting, restocking, and removing waste.

Provides support for university events and relocation activities by setting up and breaking down chairs, tables, risers, podiums, and other equipment. Assists with office and building moves, including lifting and transporting furnishings and materials using appropriate equipment.

Provides routine custodial services, including cleaning and maintaining floors, surfaces, restrooms, and furnishings using specialized equipment and cleaning products. Performs waste removal (excluding hazardous materials), restocks supplies, maintains custodial equipment, and ensures facilities are safe, clean, and properly secured.

Serves as Time and Leave Coordinator for Facilities Services, managing time entry, payroll processing, and reconciliation within OMNI and Timeclock Plus (TCP) systems. Provides guidance on scheduling, overtime, shift differentials, and payroll procedures while ensuring compliance and accurate biweekly processing.

Performs comprehensive custodial and floor care services, including cleaning and maintaining carpeted, tile, wood, and concrete flooring using specialized equipment such as automatic scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, and wet-dry machines.
