Performs detailed custodial and sanitation services across residential and common areas, including cleaning floors, furniture, blinds, windows, and high-touch surfaces. Responsible for maintaining restrooms, student kitchens, and shared spaces by disinfecting, restocking, and removing waste.

Develops checklists for field surveys and administers reviews of reports, studies, specifications, and surveys to make recommendations related to program improvements, project assignments, inspection results, and employee performance to the Assistant Director.
