This role functions as a hybrid Property Manager and Logistics Coordinator, overseeing the full lifecycle of equipment and custodial supplies for the work unit. Key responsibilities include managing inventory through precise documentation and barcoding, supervising supply delivery personnel, and acting as the primary liaison for property records and vendor relations.

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe living and working environment through routine and deep cleaning activities across residential and office spaces.

Responsible for assisting and recommending the development of policies and procedures to effectively administer a Building Services Quality Control Program. Reviews Building Services Frequencies and Procedures to ensure each room type is assigned the appropriate level of custodial care. Collaborates with Assistant Director to address needs of each area and that cleaning schedules are provided to the University campus with proper timelines. Develops checklists for field surveys and administers reviews of reports, studies, specifications, and surveys to make recommendations related to program improvements, project assignments, inspection results, and employee performance to the Assistant Director. Plays key role in long- and short-term planning for the department.
