AC Scheduling

Controlling HVAC and other non-essential utilities in unused spaces is crucial for our energy conservation program. A schedule change request is necessary to use a room that is not in use or is outside of regular building operating hours, as listed on the Registrar's master schedule, for a one-time event. A dean or other authorized manager may require approval. You will receive email confirmation once your request has been scheduled. Requests made less than five business days before an event are not guaranteed. Please include event setup and cleanup times in your request and inform us of any adjustments or cancellations. Engineering Services Request

Engineering Service Requests are for specific campus mechanical, control, and electrical projects. Services provided may include analysis, design, and/or inspection for a renovated or new space. Details such as urgency, purpose, scope, and funding information are required. Submit a Engineering Services Request.

Outage Reporting

While we do our best to ensure reliable customer service, utility outages can occur. Our goal is to resolve utility outages promptly and professionally. Our control room is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you experience an outage, please call 850-644-2424 or submit a service request.

Utilities Service Request

Prior to submitting a new service request, please preview the Florida State University Utilities Procurement Procedures  . The request should be submitted on the Utilities Service Request form  . Please fill out the form completely to minimize the time required to complete the request. The completed utilities service request form should be emailed to fac-utilityaccounting@fsu.edu.
