Pathways Pre-Apprenticeship Program Feature on WTXL ABC 27

The Facilities Pathways to Success pre-apprenticeship program was highlighted on WXTL ABC 27! Wakulla beat reporter Kenzie interviewed Wakulla High students McKenzie Bishop, Noah Pearson, and Kyle Talbot, who are engaged in the work-based learning experience for local high school students seeking a certificate in a career and technical education program.

Pathway students work with FSU Facilities mentors/supervisors and gain experience in electrical work, motor pool, carpentry, plumbing, control technology, and general trades. Launched in early 2024, Pathways to Success was designed to equip students with fundamental technical and job readiness skills.
