Building Excellence: Zone C&D Facilities Maintenance

Welcome to Building Excellence! This feature spotlights a Facilities team recognized for going above and beyond to create, maintain, and manage Florida State University's physical environment.

The maintenance teams made up of electricians, plumbers, and maintenance technicians, were recently recognized for their diligent work this spring ahead of important events on campus for our academic partners.

Tyrone Perry Team Lead/Electrician, Ed Barksdale Maintenance Technician, Daniel Daughtry Plumber, Oliver Walker Maintenance Techician, Ernest Miller Maintenance Technician, and Robert Lewis Maintenance Supervisor Zone C.

Mike Hamill Plumber, Billy Phinazee Maintenance Technician, Damian Sutton Maintenance Technician, Quentin Hines Electrician, Tom Anderson Senior Electrician, Steve Johnson Team Lead/Maintenance Technician, and Bill Morgan Maintenance Supervisor Zone D.

The maintenance teams made up of electricians, plumbers, and maintenance technicians, were recently recognized for their diligent work this spring ahead of important events on campus for our academic partners.

On the contributions of the Zone C & D staff, supervisor Don Pagel said, " I would like to recognize Zone C & D for their outstanding work leading up to the College of Fine Arts reaccreditation, Board of Governors meetings, and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools accreditation. The team members worked hard and diligently to make these areas look great and functional.”
