AiM Upgrade March 29 - 30

Facilities ITS is upgrading the AiM work management system. Starting Friday, March 29th at 5 p.m., ITS will turn off all Facilities web request forms that feed into AiM: Service Requests, Housing Requests, Surplus Requests, Special Event Requests, etc.

The upgrade will begin on Saturday, March 30th, at 8 a.m. AiM is estimated to be up and running by the afternoon.
