Land Acquisition Zones

The acquisition of properties to expand the main campus will primarily occur within the area bordered by Tennessee Street on the north, Macomb Street on the east, Gaines Street on the south, and Stadium Drive West/Bryan Street on the west (see map).

To free premium space on the main campus, some properties fronting on the south side of Gaines Street west of Gay Street to Lake Bradford Road, and other properties in the vicinity of Lake Bradford Road north of the railroad overpass may be acquired to provide sites for storm water, physical plant, parking, and public outreach facilities.
