FSU Project Request Portal


If your goal is to renovate a space, build a new space or simply paint a few walls, all new project requests must be submitted via this process.

  • listStep 1 - Submit an Estimate Request

    Effective January 1st, 2020, all new estimate requests will incur a $100 administrative charge. This charge will be credited to your project should you decide to move forward.

    PART A - Complete the IDR for this transfer - click here to complete the form.

    Please note, the IDR must be completed and posted before you can move to the next step. You will receive a notification and journal ID from General Accounting once the transfer is complete. This journal ID is required to complete the Estimate request submission.

    PART B - Submit the Estimate request - click here to launch the form

    Upon submission of the estimate request, you will receive an email notification containing the work order number that has been assigned to this request.

  • listStep 2 - Complete the New Project Requisition documentation

    Project requests now require additional approvals based on the nature of the project and/or the funds that will be used. Upon submission of the completed form, the document will be routed by the Controller's office for approval via DocuSign.


    PART A - Click here to complete the FSU New Project Request Form.

    Once the form is fully executed, a copy will be sent to Facilities Design & Construction and a staff member will contact you to discuss your project.
