  • Equipment: $1,400,000

Scope:

  • Complete interior renovation of dining hall/serving stations, entry hall, restrooms, private dining room, and all BOH kitchen areas.
  • All new equipment, furniture, lighting, finishes
  • New serving station layout
  • 10,000 SF main dining hall (incl. serving stations)
  • 14,000 SF of BOH Kitchen & support
  • Over 200 LF of food & beverage serving counter
  • Improved ADA access
  • Enhanced facility functionality during prolonged power outages (e.g. – hurricanes)
