Services We Offer

Building Services offers Custodial Services to all E&G buildings. We follow strict guidelines established by APPA (the Association of Physical Plant Administrators) to maintain appropriate levels of cleanliness throughout campus.

Custodial Services

Our Custodial Staff trains on state-of-the-art cleaning equipment (such as ride-on carpet extractors and floor burnishers) to provide high quality results. Custodial Services teams man the campus around the clock, across three shifts.

Carpet Crew / Strip & Wax Team

We maintain a separate Carpet Cleaning crew to provide auxiliary support to our regular Custodial Services teams. The Carpet Crew operates a mobile cleaning van, and is staffed by a certified team of professional carpet cleaners. We also maintain a distinct Strip & Wax unit to provide additional support.

Relocation / Set-ups

Our Relocation Crew is responsible for moves throughout campus, including office relocations. In addition, we provide the set-ups of tables and chairs for campus events, as requested by individual departments. Delivers supplies and equipment to buildings and maintains warehouse space.
