BJ's primary focus is on procurement and supply functions for the following departments: Maintenance Facilities, Design and Contruction, Facilities Planning, and Minor Projects. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring that all procedures and policies are followed when it comes obtaining material and offer suggestions & comparisons where applicable. She also handles emergency purchases and provides contractual service with Contract Management (CM) and Architects & Engineering (A/E).
