WELCOME TO FACILITIES

 

The Facilities Department provides service to students, faculty, staff and visitors in support of the University's mission and goals. With an emphasis on quality service and sustainability, we design, construct and maintain facilities to meet current and evolving needs and to ensure a safe, healthy and attractive environment.

In addition to the planning, construction and renovation of University facilities, our staff is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the buildings, grounds and utility systems and the acquisition of land to meet current and future needs of the university. We employ nearly 600 people who manage 500 acres and over 5 million square feet of university space. With staff located throughout campus, we strive to exceed the expectations of those we serve.
