Facilities Construction and Labor Shop is responsible for general maintenance as well as renovations.

Construction handles all projects such as renovating offices and suites, ( build walls, do electrical work, and demolition work replace ceiling, sheetrock, build cabinets).

Construction Labor ( branch of the Facilities Const.) does demolition work replaces/repairs sidewalks, installs fencing and provides the manual labor for the other shops.
