Director of Facilities Planning and Space Management: Responsible for the overall administration of the University’s facilities planning and space management initiatives, including the administration of the adopted Campus Master Plan, the annual Fixed Capital Outlay Budget Request, and the preparation of facility programs.

Associate Director of Facilities Planning and Space Management: Responsible for the overall administration of the Space Management Section, including the administration and maintenance of the University’s physical facilities inventory database, the maintenance of the University’s official campus map and, coordinator for the University’s Educational Plant Survey. |
Coordinator of Facilities Planning: Responsible for preparing facility programs. Assists with the updating of the University’s adopted Campus Master Plan and Fixed Capital Outlay Budget Requests. Manages feasibility, programming and planning studies as well as campus-wide projects, such as exterior signage. Serves as the University’s representative on community-wide and neighborhood committees. |

Senior Archivist: Responsible for maintaining and assuring access to the university’s historic building and property records. This includes serving as the primary contact for viewing the archived documents and distribution of current maps and key plans. |

Senior Engineering Tech/Designer: Responsible for the preparation and updating of building key plans; assists in the maintenance of the University’s official campus map; serves as the sections graphic artist. |
